nobody can wake her up
she won't wake up till someone light a fire on her blanket

in the freezing morning tuck myself in the melting quilt
That's the only thing that I am looking for in my life
I can do everything when I think of the day
'cause I wake up to sleep every day

when she was only 3 years old
she found the way to sleep all day
once her eyes were shut down she doesn't move at all

what did you do last night?
what made you feel so tired?
Her mother went to the doctor and said,
my daughter sleeps too much and I don't know why

she buries her face into the pillow
The alarm clock rings
and she will wake up to sleep again

凍りつくような朝　とろけるような毛布に身を沈ませる
人生でそれが私の唯一の楽しみなの
その瞬間を想像するだけで
何だってできる　だって私
毎日寝るために起きるのだから

三歳の時すでに
一日中寝る術を知っていた
一度目を閉じると　もう動かない

昨日一体何をしたのか？
なんでそんなに疲れているのか？
彼女の母は医者に言う
「娘が起きないんです　
どうしたらいいのでしょうか？」

夢の中でできた友達と話しながら
彼女は枕に顔をうずめ
目覚ましが鳴る
そして今日もまた　彼女は寝るために起きる

寝るために起きる…
なんて自由な発想だろう、思わない？
凍りつくような朝　とろけるような毛布に身を沈ませる
人生でそれが私の唯一の楽しみなの
